Crispy, Cheesy Pizza Roll Ups Made with Tortillas

Directions:

Preheat the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Assemble the pizza roll ups: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and add a few slices of pepperoni (or your favorite toppings). Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning on top.

Roll them up: Tightly roll the tortilla up, like a burrito. Make sure to tuck the edges as you roll to prevent the toppings from falling out.

Air fry the pizza roll ups: Lightly spray or brush the outside of the rolled tortilla with olive oil. Place the roll ups in the air fryer basket, seam-side down, making sure they are not touching to allow proper air circulation. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy. You may need to flip them halfway through cooking for even browning.

Slice and serve: Once done, carefully remove the pizza roll ups from the air fryer. Let them cool for a few minutes, then slice them into bite-sized pieces. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces, like ranch, marinara, or garlic butter.
