Fruit ice cream cake: the recipe for a delicious no-bake dessert

Ingredients: 2 bananas Juice of half a lemon 250 g of strawberries 350 g of cottage cheese 400 g of sour cream 8 tablespoons of sugar 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar Hot water 25 g of gelatin 1 bar of white chocolate
Preparation:
1. Cut the bananas into slices and coat them with the lemon juice.
2. In a large bowl combine cottage cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
3. Blend to obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream.
