Chocolate Pear Charlotte Recipe
Here's a delicious recipe I've been making for years, and I'm sharing it with you today: chocolate pear charlotte.
It's a delicious dessert, easy to prepare, elegant—in short, it's sure to impress your guests without too much effort.
Every time I make this no-bake dessert, it's a guaranteed hit with everyone's taste buds. And the advantage I have here in Sweden is that people aren't familiar with charlottes, so it's even more popular!
I often add rum for flavor. Not too much so as not to mask the flavor of the other ingredients, but also because there are children who enjoy it.
This chocolate pear charlotte can be prepared in any container or mold. I sometimes make it in a rectangular plastic box, and it turns out like a log.
And removing it from the mold? No problem, since I line my mold or box with plastic wrap. Afterwards, simply turn the box upside down and carefully remove the film. Yes, plastic wrap is the secret to a perfectly unmolded charlotte.
Tips for perfectly placing the ladyfingers in the mold
Don't forget to carefully line the bottom and sides of your mold with plastic wrap. Make sure the film adheres well and there are no wrinkles.
Dip the ladyfingers quickly into the liquid, otherwise they will soften too much.
Place the ladyfingers with the rounded sides against the sides.
Trim/cut the ladyfingers if necessary to fill any gaps. Ingredients for 8 people
