Ingredients
1 zucchini
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons olive oil
Parsley
Lime juice
Pepper
Sea salt

Food processor
Preparation: Cut the zucchini into small pieces and roughly chop the garlic and parsley. Add the zucchini pieces, garlic, and parsley to the food processor along with the olive oil and a little lime juice and blend until smooth. Season with pepper and sea salt and stir in. Serve the spread in a bowl and garnish with some parsley.
