1 can of corn (approx. 300 g, drained)

1 red bell pepper (finely diced)

1 yellow bell pepper (finely diced)

1 small red onion (finely chopped)

2–3 tbsp chives or parsley (fresh, chopped)

100 g sour cream or crème fraîche

2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional for extra creaminess)

1 tsp mustard (medium-hot)

1–2 tsp lemon juice or white wine vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

1 pinch of sugar (optional)
