Banana Chocolate Crepe Sushi
Ingredients (serves about 4)
For the crepes:

125g flour

2 eggs

250ml milk

1 tbsp sugar

1 pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla sugar (optional)

Butter or oil for the pan

For the filling:

2 bananas

100g chocolate spread (e.g., Nutella or a vegan alternative)

Optional: shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or strawberry pieces for extra crunch

Preparation:

Make the crepe batter:

Mix flour, eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar in a bowl until a smooth batter forms.

Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.

Fry the crepes:

Heat a non-stick pan and add a little butter or oil.

Add a small ladle of batter, swirl the pan, and fry the crepes thinly.

Fry until golden brown on both sides. Let cool.

Fill the crepes:

Coat each crepe with the chocolate spread.

Place a whole banana at the bottom of the crepe.

Optional: Sprinkle with nuts, coconut, or strawberries.

Roll and cut:

Roll the crepe tightly around the banana.

Use a sharp knife to cut into pieces about 2–3 cm wide – like sushi!

Serve:

Arrange the pieces attractively on a plate.

Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or garnish with chocolate sauce.

📝 Tip:
You can also use strawberries, kiwis, or mango instead of bananas, or vary them with peanut butter and caramel cream. A fresh mint garnish really makes a statement.
