🥩 Ingredients for the meatloaf (approx. 4 servings)
Meatloaf:
800g mixed ground meat (beef/pork)
1 egg
1 stale bread roll (soaked in water and squeezed dry) or 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 teaspoons mustard
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
Salt, pepper
Fresh parsley (optional)
Filling:
100–150g cooked ham (sliced)
100–150g cheese (e.g., Gouda, Emmental, or mozzarella, sliced)
Outer casing:
Approx. 200g bacon (sliced breakfast bacon)
🥔 Ingredients for the potato salad (traditional with broth)
800g waxy potatoes
1 small onion, finely diced
150ml Vegetable broth (warm)
3-4 tbsp white wine vinegar
4 tbsp vegetable oil (e.g., sunflower oil)
1 tsp mustard
Salt, pepper, sugar
Fresh parsley (chopped, optional)
