For the salad:
2–3 chicken breast fillets (cooked or grilled/roasted)
1 apple (e.g., Pink Lady or Braeburn), finely diced
2 celery sticks, finely chopped

2–3 gherkins or pickles, finely diced
1 handful of grapes or cranberries (optional), halved
