Prepare the chicken:
Dice or shred cooked or grilled chicken breast. It tastes best with well-seasoned meat.
Chop vegetables and fruit:
Chop everything into small pieces so the ingredients blend well and each bite is balanced.
Mix the dressing:
In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, pepper (and spices, if desired) until smooth.
Mix everything:
Add the chicken and remaining ingredients to the dressing and gently fold in. Season to taste!
Chill:
Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes – then it will be thoroughly marinated.
