PIONEER WOMAN'S MONKEY BREAD

A tube pan or Bundt pan is ideal for this recipe. This time, I made two to have enough for the students. Apparently, I didn't spray my pan enough, because it's supposed to pop out and stay in a tube shape. This time, mine didn't! I was in a hurry, trying to get the kids to school on time and serve the bread. Mine fell apart! I didn't want to serve the mess I'd created, so I improvised. I took both batches, put the ugliest bits on the bottom, the prettiest bits on top, and used the remaining syrupy nutty batter to garnish the top! I don't think the students noticed or cared. It was still delicious!
