Little Cheese Rolls

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add the yeast mixture and melted butter to the dry ingredients, then mix until a soft dough forms.
Stir in the grated cheese and knead for 5 to 7 minutes, until elastic.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour, until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into small rolls.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover with a cloth, and let them rest for another 20 minutes.
Bake the rolls for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
