For the Halibut 🐟

4 halibut fillets (6–8 oz / 170–225g each) 🐟

2 tbsp olive oil 🫒

Salt & black pepper 🧂⚫

1 tsp garlic powder 🧄

1 tsp paprika 🌶️ (optional for color)

For the Lemon Butter Sauce 🧈🍋

4 tbsp unsalted butter 🧈

2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄

Zest of 1 lemon 🍋

Juice of 1 lemon 🍋

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
