Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh purslane leaves (washed)
- 1 banana (ripe, for natural sweetness)
- ½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup orange juice (or water)
- ½ cup yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)
Instructions:
- Add purslane leaves, banana, pineapple, and orange juice to a blender.
