INDIAN FRYBREAD RECIPE

Ingredients:
2 cups flour (approx. 250 g)

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

¾ cup warm water (approx. 180 ml)

Frying oil (e.g., vegetable or sunflower oil)

Preparation:
Prepare the dough:

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

Gradually add the warm water and knead with a spoon or your hands until you have a soft, but not sticky, dough.

Place the dough on a floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let the dough rest:

Cover the dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
