Low Carb Chicken Bistro Low

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp Italian seasoning or fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley)

1 cup baby spinach or kale (optional)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:
Prepare Chicken:

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook chicken breasts for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
